Of course! This is a basic White Chicken Korma recipe:

- 500g of sliced chicken
- One cup of basic, unsweetened yogurt
- One big onion, thinly sliced
- Slit two to three green chilies; adjust the amount of spiciness to taste.
- 1 tablespoon paste made of ginger and garlic
- half a cup of pure cream
- half a cup of milk

- 1/4 cup almonds and 1/4 cup cashew nuts
- One tsp white pepper powder
- One-half tsp garam masala powder
- Half a teaspoon of powdered turmeric
- Half a teaspoon of cardamom powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg, ground
- Two teaspoons of vegetable oil or ghee
- Add salt to taste.
- As a garnish, use fresh cilantro (coriander) leaves.
Steps to follow:
Make the nut paste:

Almonds and cashew nuts should be soaked in warm water for ten to fifteen minutes.
After draining, combine them with a little water if necessary to make a homogeneous paste. Put aside.
Give the chicken a marinade.
Combine yogurt, turmeric powder, white pepper powder, ginger-garlic paste, and salt in a bowl.
For maximum taste, marinate the chicken pieces for at least 30 minutes after adding them to the marinade and thoroughly coating them.
Preparing the Korma:
In a pan over medium heat, preheat the oil or ghee. When the onions are golden brown, add the slices and continue to sauté.
Stir in the marinated chicken and marinade. Cook until all sides of the chicken are just beginning to brown.

Applying the Cream and Nut Paste:
Mix thoroughly after adding the cashew-almond paste to the chicken.
Add the milk and the freshly made cream. Mix everything together equally.
Simmering

Turn down the heat to a minimum. Once the chicken is soft and cooked through, cover the pan and boil the korma gently for 15 to 20 minutes. To keep from sticking, stir from time to time.
Last-Minute Seasoning:

After the chicken is cooked, add the ground nutmeg, cardamom, and garam masala powder. Taste and adjust the salt. Cook for a further two to three minutes after thoroughly stirring.
Serve:
- Add fresh cilantro leaves as a garnish.
- Serve warm alongside roti, naan, or rice.
